Appointment Policy

On the day of your appointment

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you're running a few minutes behind, we'll do everything we can to accommodate you. If you're excessively late, please keep in mind that we have to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations

Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice. No show or last-minute cancellations may result in a charge of 50% of the intended service price on your next visit.
