In 1999, I started my career as a stylist at Modas Operandi with Previous owners Dale and Linda Klippenstein. On November 4, 2004, I took over the ownership of Modas Operandi. Over the years, I have taken Aveda and Mask colour classes and many cutting classes in the salon as well as some in New York at the House of Bumble and Bumble. I love creating unique looks by colouring and texturing, so it’s easy for my clients to manage the style.
Michelle
I graduated from Utopia Academy of Hair Design School in 2003 with excellence and honours. Soon after I joined the team at Modas Operandi and do what I love each day. I've trained at The House of Bumble in Manhattan twice and look forward to going back. I have a passion for cutting and colour but love a challenge! Problem hair is always welcome in my chair. I graduated with honours from Utopia Academy of Hair Design School in April 2003. I have now been working as a stylist for Modas Operandi since May 2003 and am now a senior stylist. Modas has been great at providing product knowledge, cutting and colour classes for us to attend to keep up with our skills and talents. I have really enjoyed being a stylist because it has given me the opportunity to express my creative side with all my wonderful clients and friends plus it is also super fun and very rewarding.

I graduated from Utopia Academy of Hair Design In 2011, and really enjoyed it! I love everything about this industry and have wanted to be a stylist ever since I was a little girl. I graduated from Utopia Academy in 2013 with honours. Shortly after I started working at Modas Operandi. I've always loved to do different styles and updo's. I also love to create unique Ombre and Balayage styles for my clients. Making my clients feel pretty and confident when they leave is the most rewarding part of my job!
